Yes, you can bring your own equipment as long as no venue specific rules are broken as a result.

Coolest Tailgates Ever can provide cooking equipment for you which helps to alleviate the stress and hassle of doing it all by yourself. 

It all depends, how big do you want the party to be? We can host groups from 12 people up to as large as 400. 

Select a package from the main screen, decide if you want any enhancements and then select the date and time of your event. Pay 50% deposit and you are set!!

Coolest Tailgates Ever does recommend purchasing parking close to the tailgate party to ensure easy loading and unloading. Also, feel free to provide your own food and/or drinks.

Coolest Tailgates Ever is not responsible for any items left at the tailgate. If something is left behind we will do our best to locate any lost items or belongings.

If you have a spot that will work for our tents and LED screen we are happy to deliver it there. If not we can discuss some popular locations that a lot to people tailgate at. 

Coolest Tailgates Ever will be at the event location 1 hour before to setup and 1 hour after for break down. Most events will run for 4 hours so 6 hours will be allotted for the events.

Events can be extended throughout the game if needed if you want to have the event last through the game.

Prior to the event, Coolest Tailgates will provide our clients with several cell phone numbers, timelines, maps and any other pertinent information to promote upfront and open communication with your Tailgate Coordinator.

All enhancements, must be received by the end of the business day 3 days before the event.  Orders placed after this time will subject to an additional fee.  All supplemental items are subject to availability and are issued on a first come first serve basis.

Tents and media package equipment should only be moved or relocated by CTE staff members.

Only items that are provided by CTE should be attached to and powered by any CTE generator. Failure ti comply may result in a fine up to the amount of the generator value. 

For your convenience, we provide cleanup services following each game. CTE reserves the right to levy a fine if the trash exceeds reasonable amounts after the guest has left on game day

Yes, you can coordinate with the events team to have info displayed on the TV's or LED screen for your event.
